Yes. Dry ice is commonly used for shipping frozen food. It naturally turns from solid into gas and does not leave any residue. Please avoid direct contact and keep packages out of reach of children until unpacked.
That’s normal. Dry ice evaporates over time. As long as your sauces arrive frozen or cold to the touch, they are safe to refreeze and enjoy.
If your sauces arrive warm or FULLY thawed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right. If it remains cold, put it immediately in the freezer and you're good to go.
