That said—your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order (damaged, delayed, or not up to our standards), we want to make it right.
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review every request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Shipping Timing
Nationwide shipping: Orders ship Monday–Wednesday only to ensure your food arrives frozen and safe. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.
Local delivery: Delivered within 3 business days of purchase.

Dry ice keeps our sauces frozen throughout shipping without added preservatives. It ensures your Little Rebels arrive just as they left our kitchen.Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Yes. Dry ice is commonly used for shipping frozen food. It naturally turns from solid into gas and does not leave any residue. Please avoid direct contact and keep packages out of reach of children until unpacked.
That’s normal. Dry ice evaporates over time. As long as your sauces arrive frozen or cold to the touch, they are safe to refreeze and enjoy.
If your sauces arrive warm or FULLY thawed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
If it remains cold, put it immediately in the freezer and you're good to go.
